Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?

We get orders moving quickly so they reach you sooner.

If you just placed your order, reach out ASAP with your order number and what you’d like to change — we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

Where can I find my order status?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.

If you can’t find it (spam folders are sneaky), message us and we’ll help right away.

I entered the wrong address — what now?

It happens. Send us your order number + the correct address as soon as you can.

If the package already shipped, we’ll tell you the best next step (and we’ll be honest about what’s possible).

Shipping
How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

If your country is available, you’ll see international shipping options at checkout.

Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

My tracking hasn’t moved — should I worry?

Not usually. Carriers sometimes scan in batches (so tracking can “freeze” for a bit).

If it hasn’t updated after 3 business days, reach out and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns
What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags/liners attached (when applicable).

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just contact us with your order number and what you’d like to do (return or exchange).

We’ll send clear next steps and help you move fast.

When will my refund hit my account?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Your bank may take a little longer to post it — totally normal.

Sizing
How do I choose the right size?

Start with the Size Guide and compare your measurements (waist + hips).

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for an easier, all-day fit.

Between sizes — should I size up or down?

For comfort: size up.

For more compression: size down (as long as it still feels good when you sit and move).

Product & Care
How should I wash my Spants?

Cold wash, gentle cycle, and lay flat to dry is the sweet spot.

Avoid bleach + high heat to keep the stretch and shape feeling brand new.

Will it roll down or dig in?

Spants are designed to stay put with smooth edges and supportive shaping.

If you notice rolling, it’s often a sizing thing — going one size up usually fixes it.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and any express checkout options shown at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).

My payment won’t go through — what can I try?

First: double-check your billing ZIP/postal code.

Then: try another card or use Shop Pay/Apple Pay if available. If it still doesn’t work, your bank may be blocking the charge — and we can help you troubleshoot.
